The cannon Hill bus station is a major interchange for the suburb. Bus routes go to the CBD, Carindale, DFO, and Chermside. As well as this, Cannon Hill is serviced by some major roads, Creek Road and Wynnum Road, as well as having the Gateway Motorway very close by, which allows for easy access to and around the city. Mandarin was the next most common language spoken at home, followed by Spanish, Hindi, Korean and French.
